Topic: Conflict with Parents // my strong opinion

           Ever felt so out of place in your own home? Ever felt as if no one ever gave a shit about what you think - especially your own parents? Maybe it's because they care about you in a way you may not understand. Some parent's show their love in a alien way that it's so far out of you're comprehension. Some even care way too much, which turns them over protective of you. It seems like they're constantly re-drawing your life's sketch. Picking things you don't like, telling you what you do wrong all the time, never letting you forget about past issues. Maybe they're just people from a far away plannet, working in a different mode than us teenagers. Or maybe they're just psychotic. We'll never really know the true reason of why they behave in such a manner. Problem is that majority of them don't even let us get inside their head because they don't want to show any sign of weakness. Some don't even talk about issues with us- they just leave us to sit in our room for days of punishment like we're going to learn to change our natural ways in a couple of weeks(AS IF). But what they really don't know is that punishment all the time can makes us rebel more often. Of course there's the choice of actually listening to what your mom or dad has to say- but many times we don't like to be monitored all the time. Though parent's maybe the most out of touch with you, eventhough they were a kid centuries ago, they still unconditionally love you. Regardless of how many times you came home late, regardless of how many time you did what you wanted eventhough they said otherwise, and regardless of how many times you said you hate them and never want to see them again.
